I adhere to the following values in my work on behalf of this City:
- Governments are constituted to support citizens in their daily lives, so core functions such as public safety, care for the environment, and highest quality education must always be priorities.
- All citizens have a right to be respected and heard, and their views considered.
- In a highly educated and focused community such as ours, those who govern should not assume that they are wiser than the public they serve.
- Government funds are the citizens’ money, and fiscal responsibility must guide their use.
